Within walking distance to Brugse Wok, where you can have lunch. The hotel is based 25 minutes walk from the markt, popular spot in the city. Would recommend it.

It can be summarized that this was a 1 star room in a 4 star hotel. Most awful bathroom I've ever seen (been travelling for 25 years now). Lousy beds. Noisy mini bar. Overly expensive breakfast.

I loved the fact they gave me a discount card to use at some of the sites in the city. This was included in the price of the hotel (I think :D)
It's a bit far from the city center. You definitely need to get the bus to go to the city and... if you didn't get tickets int advance it's more expensive to buy them from the driver. The breakfast was a bit too expensive so I didn't get it. Would have been nice though...

They say it's only 2 km walk, but that must be by air.

Too far away from the centre of Bruges, described as beside city centre but in fact a good bit out from centrum, very misleading

mini bar extortionate prices, complimentary tea making facilities would have been welcomed in the room.

Cosy rooms,clean.Good breakfast.It has alot of green around,it's very quiet.Free wi-fi.I didnt understand why the parking was not free(9 euros/day),since it was the hotel's private parking and we're not talking about a hotel in the city center.Anyway,a tip: you can leave the car outside the parking,it's safe enough.Especially if you lock the doors.

Not very bad access from city centre - 5-10 minutes by taxi.
Room cleanness was not enough - there was dust and hair on floor and also even on a chair.

Description of hotel gives the impression it is much nearer city centre than it actually is.

The hotel staff was very rude and not helpful at all. We had some issues with our reservation due to their irresponsibility and they were accusing us. In order to solve the problem we needed internet access and although they were suppose to have Wi-Fi in the lounge for the customers the internet was so slow that you couldn’t download a single page. When we mention it they did not do anything to help us but kept asking us to find a solution ourselves. There manager of the hotel was very rude as well and she was totally irrelevant with her job. There was an awful smell in the hotel room so strong that made all of our clothes to sting. Last but not list the location of the hotel was too far from the city centre and the last bus was at 20:30
